Meet The Team

Dr Alison Camacho

42tutoring Limited Owner and Tutor

Teaching for over 20 years, Alison has a mission to help as many people understand Physics as possible!

Alison’s first degree is in Physics from Bristol University. Her PhD was about using plasmas to etch semiconductors, from Cardiff University, knowledge she used in her time in industry. Alison is also a member of the Institute of Physics.

Her interests include astronomy, walking her dogs Belle and Barney, riding her horse, called Hope, and resin art.

Mr Bryan Murphy

42tutoring Limited Tutor

With over 30 years of teaching experience Bryan is the only other tutor at 42tutoring. Bryan mostly teaches year 12 while Alison teaches year 13.

Originally from Manchester, Bryan studied at Cambridge, graduating in 1982.

Bryan owns an ancient Austin 10 car and has 2 poodle dogs called Ollie and Penny.

A fun and entertaining style helps to make Bryan’s teaching top notch.

Megan Penhorwood

42tutoring Limited Operations & Support Administrator

Megan has 9 years of experience working with young people. She believes all learning should be fun and engaging.

Having a first in Musical Theatre, Megan loves the stage, and understands the necessity of the arts in building confidence and self expression.

You can usually find Megan curled up with a book, or at band practice.
